MAN what aload of CRAP!

For those of you who have NOT heard it yet, or maybe it's not in DC, I'll explain the premise.

You hear 3 little pieces in a row of a girl and her boyfriend smoking pot while the girl is babysitting someone's child.

The first time, he askes when she's going to be done, and she just says she doesn't know, and not to finish her joint while she goes to check on the screaming baby in the background.

The second time, he asks her about it, she says I don't know, and they say comment that they thought the crying baby was actually the TV.

The third time, he says something about this being lame, and they agree to leave, forgetting the crying baby.

So the lesson you're supposed to take from this is that Pot makes you retarded and forgetful.

WHAT A FUCKING LOAD OF CRAP!!!!

I knew and know A LOT of diffeent people who all smoke pot, and they're NORMAL PEOPLE! They can handle a joint, and usually DO NOT SMOKE when they're working, or doing something very important such as caring for children.

I have theory: I think smoking pot is a symptom of sitting around, not that sitting around is a symptom of smoking pot. NO ONE I know sits around FEINDING for pot, just needing to get high and sit around. It's more like, hey, we've got nothing to do, let's smoke.

Conclusion: The was on drugs is failing, and they're flat out lying to kids again.

I think people should go out on the streets and fill rolled up paper with dog shit and give it to kids saying it weed. Thats as bad as the one where the two kids are sitting in the Dad's den and the bong in full view just laughing and making fun of the fish on the wall. THAT HAPPENS! but when the kid holds up the gun and is like "Look, at this", other kid "Is it loaded?" and then BANG!!! It goes off. It has been a long time since I have gotten high but I never ever remember losing all of my faculties and common sense and being so out of it you shoot off a gun. Granted I thought I was having a stroke but that is a whole other story.

i LOVE these commercials. i actually taped the one with the kids in the den with the bong and the gun. im still tryign to tape the one where the kids hit the little girl on the bike pulling out of the drive thru.

these commercials are priceless, and the babysitting one is so funny. i love hearing them. my favorite thing is to smoke when they're on, it just makes smoking that much better. i hope they make more.

This should go under a new topic and you know, maybe I will later in the day, but I think the most hypocritical thing about anti-drug ads, specifically the ones aimed at teens, are that they don't attack the single most deadly drug for teens out there (hell for adults as well) No other drug has ruined more lives, killed more people, destroyed more familes and cause more destruction of property than alcohol. Not saying they should preach tee-tolling or anything, but curbing under age drinking is a better form of attack than curbing recreational drug use. I don't have any stats to back up the statement, but I bet drinking leads to recreational drug use at that age more than vice versa does

But of course non of these ad agencies can DO that because right now the BIG EVIL in society is smoking, not drinking, snorting, shooting or dripping.

Not to mention that alcohol ads run frequently on TV and radio and the only place to find tobacco product ads are in print. In other words, follow the money trail. Sure there ARE anti-drinking ads out there, but just anti-drunk driving, but you don't have to drive to do something stupid while drinking, which would be a better point to make
