I was driving around town today and I heard three songs in a row that were bleeped out and I can't help but wonder why...

The most annoying incident I heard of this was WPLJ bleeping out the word bitch in Pink's "Jagged Little Pill."

Don't ask me why I was listening to WPLJ.

I'm more annoyed when they just "twist" the word, so it's not blanked out or bleeped. "Fuck" sounds like "ufckah" and "shit" ends up sounding like "isht".

Stupidest are easy rock stations that edit Everlast's "What It's Like" and blank out "whore", "balls", "chrome .45" and "green".

I hate that too! But worse than bleeping the lyrics is when they don't even play the songs! I have been calling 106.7 LITE FM for months and they never play any G.G. Allin songs!

You know the funny thing is Krock beeps alot of stuff. One example, "Jeremy" By Pearl Jam "Seemed a harmless little BEEP" On the other hand the station I listen to, WBAB, does not beep the word. Even in Billy Joels "Captin Jack" Masturbate isnt bleeped out. Like Jeff siad about rage, the same goes for Puddle of mudd. "She Fucking Hates me" They shouldnt even play the song. You deserve to hear the word FUCKING! what a crock of SHIT!
