ERINMORAN - The only effect evidenced by prolonged usage of Stacker 2 is a noticable lightening of your wallet.
Imagine, your wallet mutating to such an extreme extent that parting with $35 for a wedding present seems reasonable or even generous.
The horror!

I actually have a semi-intelligent answer to this question. Stacker 2 works by constricting your blood vessels which in turn messes around with your heart and your blood pressure. THats what the lady at GNC told me, but I still take it. I lost ten pounds and it feels like free-basing crack every time you do it. So if you can get past the parkinsons-esque shaking and possible panic attacks (cause it makes your super nervous) I say no, there are no side effects from the stacker.

GWEN - Stacker can have the very TEMPORARY effect of increasing your basil metabolism. However, the same results are achieved in up to 50% of control groups given a placebo.
The placebo effect is well known, well documented, quite real and effective.
The brain is a very powerful tool. If you can convince yourself that something will work it often does. This is not a bad thing. Results are what counts rather thna method.
Substance over form.
