So i read the post about how latin spice shouldnt' be reviving old posts, and how people shouldn't care about post counts, and how some people don't like when people just post to get their # up, and how there is some sort of ettiquete to posting, etc...

does anyone else not give a shit as much as i do? i don't care if people post a million times in one day, or revive every thread in history, or whatever. i really could care less. of course i dig the board, but i would never let someone's post count or what thread they bring up matter to me.

do people really care about this kind of stuff? i mean it's a messageboard, post if you feel like it and if not don't. i could really care less about the posting habits of others. even shock posters and people who just come here with an agenda of bashing someone doesn't irritate me that much. i've got enough problems then to worry about stupid idiots on a computer.

a lot of you cats get really caught up in this stuff. i'm just wondering who out there gives less of a shit than i do.

well since im the person who started the other thread i guess its time to defend myself. post count doesnt bother me in the slightest but had you been here the day all this was going on you would notice that almost the whole most recent posts page were almost 3 month old threads, plus half of them were games and i couldn't find the sports threads i was looking for. i dont care about anything along the lines of post counts and topping a thread really doesnt bother me too much, but when the 2/3 of the first page is 3 month old message board games it gets a lil annoying. thats all imeant.

Am I the only one not using the most recent posts thing? Is it too much effort to actually go to the forum you are interested in and find what your looking for?

And the thing about the Games in the sports and games forum is that they aren't a topical issue. It's like talking about Billy screwing up, it's never out-dated. Maybe the choice to bring so many up on one day may have been a poor choice on her part, but there was nothing really wrong with it.

Personal issues and feeings towards other board members are a different thing all together.

And it's ok to bring up old posts if they are relevent. Or any old game posts. But latin spice brought up an entire screen's worth of posts, so that the current games and discussions got buried. She was asked not to do that because she brought up 20 at once.
