Why does the Staff Room need a Moderator? [Archive]

I just noticed that the little NEW RESPONSE folder icon popped up next to the Staff Room, and I noticed that Pantera is the moderator to that room. Now no offense to Pantera, but that's gotta be a pretty easy detail. I mean, what's gonna happen in there. As far as I know, there's like a dozen people tops that can go in there. And what are they gonna do? Is Gwen gonna post Horde King's home phone number? Is Carter gonna attack GVAC? Is Rooster gonna run down Jeff with a scathing post? I doubt it, they all seem to be pretty friendly.

And WHAT WOULD THE POINT BE?!? They can all edit posts anyway. If Pantera took something out of Fallon's post, couldn't he just edit it back, and then edit Pantera's post? It staggers the mind. Actually it doesn't, I'm just thinking too much.

I say they have a contest to give a one day pass to the lucky winner to get in the Staff Room.

I think they just needed to
fill the "Moderator" column
for aesthetic purposes, and
the bottle stopped spinning
on PanterA.
A big empty hole there
would just be an eyesore.
