Are the La Brea tar pits what
or something else? The La
Brea tar pits are in LA, and
have lots of Pleistocene
mammals and birds and
junk (you know like
mammoths and
saber-tooth 'tigers' and that
sort of thing). They don't
really have much to do with
dinosaurs, who roamed the
earth several millions of
years earlier :)
