I know this thread is 2 weeks late, but I was wondering if anyone saw this when it was on a couple of weeks ago? It wasn't bad, but the ending was really stupid. Carrie lives at the end and Sue Snell saves her and drives her away. Otherwise it wasn't that bad. Sissy Spacek was still much better.

Stephen King should just let others make his movies for him.

Cause whenever he does it, or whenever he has someone remake a previous film, it only winds up getting fucked.

Anyone remember the abortion that was the tv miniseries of "The Shining"?

King sure does. And he thinks it's better than the Kubrick version.

Someone needs to aim a little better with the minivan next time.

I think I am the only person on earth who really liked the Shining mini-series. It was much more loyal to the book.
