anyone into nhb/mma fighting on here?

for the people that do not know what nhb/mma fighting is, it is No Holds Barred/Mixed Martial Arts.

like the UFC(Ultimate Fighting Championship).

I've watched the last five UFC pay-per-views and I'm looking forward to Ortiz/Shamrock.

I am really into UFC, the Tito Ortiz-Ken Shamrock fight will be amazing next week. I havent been able to get into Pride which kinda disappoints me. I saw a few Pride matches a while back but havent been able to get ahold of a tape.

nhb is awesome. I heard they signed Frank Mir vs. Vladimir Matyushenko for the 11/22 show. This is going to be their best show ever. Sakuraba said he'll be fighting on the upcoming PRIDE show, anyone heard who his opponent will be? <P>

wow, that pride does look good.

what im really pissed about is that it seriously looks like pride has been really protecting wanderlia silva. the only fighter he has faught that was good is saku. silva hasnt fought another credible opponent... i think silva is one of the most overrated fighters.

want, mino is fighting schilt. i've been waiting for pride to give shilt a title fight. the onlything i worry about is his ground game. if mino stands up with him, mino is done. semmy schilt is a k-1 champion

don frye vs. yoshida, did you hear that frye is fighting yoshida in a gi match. he has big balls. thats all i know.

the one thing i hate is pride always having all these tomato cans fighting bigger names.

i am still pissed about the mino/sapp fight, they made a bunch of rules that sapp couldnt use knee's. if he was able to use knee's mino wouldnt have survived. but i give mino mad props for beating sapp... especially after that powerbomb.

but ya, im from jersey and i study catch wrestling, grecoroman wrestling, and a striking art you wouldnt have heard of.

all i know is the next UFC (on the 22nd) is going to be HOT!. matt hughes vs. gil castillo. Gil castillo is also one of those overrated fighters. wow, big deal he is a student of royce. he isnt that good. I do not know how gil earned a title shot and also i dont know why he is really still in the ufc. he backed out of 3 fights. im not a big matt hughes fan, but i think matt hughes is 10 times better then castillo. The reason why i am not really a fan of matt hughes is because he is a militech student. militech teaches his fighters how "not to lose". not how to win. i do not know why everyone is all about militech when he is one of the biggest stallers in the game

Also, Frank Mir is a good fighter, yes. But see... that boy i also feel is a tad overrated. ian freeman proved it. frank mir doesnt have a chin and really doesnt have any standup skills. he is one of those sport bjj guys.

also, im anti-gracie if you are wondering and i also think murillo bustamonte is overated.

also, i am anti matt serra. he stole my nickname and he has a glassjaw.

and also, the best place to buy nhb/mma video's and dvd's is best buy. or just go to www.bestbuy.com . i've bought so many from there... they also carry littlier feds aswell. king of the cage, gladiator challange, IFC, extreme challange, pride, ufc, rage in the cage.

ok, i'll shut up now

A match I was looking forward to next friday isnt happening.

Frank Mir injured his ribs training for his fight with Matyushenko, so that fight aint happening. Mir is getting replaced wit Travis Wiuff, so that isnt that bad. As long as I get to see my Ortiz-Shamrock match I'll be happy.

The return of Sir O!!!

I follow MMA mildly. I appreciate the sport, but as far as UFC goes, I wish they'd mix up the weight classes again. I can understand them not wanting their heavies slaughtering the lightweights, but UFC has just been boring me lately in the different weight divisions.

Oh, and strike me as another one who thinks Mir is overrated.
