Raimis Spiderman thread, i want to know who you feel is spider mans greatest foe? who really impacted his life and screwed with him the most? who do you think had the best characterization? i think that my favorite would have to be the second green goblin aka Harry Osborne, he had all of his fathers psychosis and a lot more depth to his multiple personality disorder...

Venomwas the best villain and pumped new life into the comic. Honorable mention to the Kingpin and Kraven the Hunter. Worst in my book the Vulture and the Jackal. That clone story line made me stop buying comics for years.

Venom was great at first, but they killed him through overuse, and made him him some kind of pussy anti-hero. And Carnage just seemed like a desperate ploy to make the series "darker". Laaaaaame.

Wow, yet ANOTHER reason to hate those two godawful "Secret Wars" series. They started the whole crossover craze AND gave us the symbiote nonsense. Jim Shooter is the worst thing in comics outside of Rob Liefeld. Rob Liefeld should be killed by wolves. See the article below for proof.

that liefield article is priceless. had me laughing alot. and i really dont understand how all these people can love venom and carnage so much. i mean venom turned into an anti hero after about 2 years of overuse and carnage was only brought about so that spidey could have a symbiote villain but it didnt have to be eddie. thats ridiculous...it stinks and i dont like.
