Why are Chinese restaurants so cheap with the duck sauce?

Seriously!

Everytime I order out, I get a gazillion packets of soy sauce and hot mustard, yet only ONE packet of duck sauce.

Anyone else notice this? What's the deal?

I get that sometimes, and I just ask for more. They will NOT keep me from enjoying my meal.

But luckily for me, the 2 places around me have bins full of all 3 sauce packets. So as I leave with my bag of food, I just take what I need.

Chinese restaurants are cheap in general.. One day me and buch of us at work ordered 8 combo platers along with a bunch of soups and other stuff. there was about 10 of us eating lunch. They gave us 4 forks and no spoons.. When I went to ask for more utensils(sp?) showing the owner then we spent over 100 bucks in food he yelled at me... I told him we have 10 guys eating and need more forks and spoons.. eventuatly the English speaking girl running the counter handed me a box of forks and spoons..

I got Chinese yesterday and, not only did I not get any mustard but, I didn't even get a fortune cookie! WTF!! They already stapled the bag shut so, I didn't find out til I got home. They've got good food so, you can only be upset for so long.
