I would remake Angels With Dirty Faces and put Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts) in the Jimmy Cagney role and Joe Mantegna in the Pat O'Brien role.

They're remaking the In Laws with Michael Douglas/Albert Brooks in the Peter Falk/Alan Arkin roles. That is going to blow!!!

I'd remake "Unbreakable". There are so few novel movie ideas nowadays, I thought that one turned out a real disappointment. It could have been great if half the movie was about Bruce Willis realizing his powers and giving us the satisfaction of seeing him use them. The only good part of that movie was seeing a crippled Sam Jackson plummet down a flight of stairs.
