I LOVED my Legos as a kid! They kept me occupied for HOURS!

They're not Cheap, but they're worth it. My parents bought me ONE big box set of them, and I STILL have them somewhere.

You can get little $5 sets to suppliment your collection too. They keep the shit interesting too.

And the best part was you can build stuff to go with your other toys too!

Anyone else into Legos or a rip off block? Construx maybe?

Yeah dude, I was heavily into Legos. I also dabbled in Construx and Capsela. Nothing beats Legos though. I had a random box of hand me down pieces. We didn't have a whole lot of money when I was young, so the only 'set' I ever got was the black knight's castle. It was cool. I've said it before, but my favorite thing to build was a gun or a space fighter, or a gun that turned into a space fighter.

Lego's kicked ass. Some sets came with figures with hands in the shape of the letter "C". Before I went Lego i was going ghetto with lincoln logs.
Oh and Pinky....great job....I forgot how much it killed to step on those things! I was kinda parshal to the tatoo though.

I work at a daycare, and Legos are the only reason I stay there, not only do i get to play with legos all day, i'm a god to all the kids because i can make a foot tall lego person.

That's the one thing I can bring out and have all three of my kid's play nice together. If anyone's Christmas or birthday shopping for a child this Christmas- these are usually a safe bet. One of my favorite toys is my kid's Easy Bake oven. I never had one when I was a kid. I would have took it to college with me if I had. Who knew you could cook so many goodies with a light bulb?

Oh man legos were soooo fun. Me and some friends used to make town and houses where all the guys lived. We'd make up plans in the summer and spend weeks on making up this ultimate lego land. What was really fun was having some robbers and then they would rob the rest of the houses.
