Actually if the bail is $100,000.00 I loan them that amount in a bond and charge 10 percent 10,000.00. keeping the doors revolving keeping the over crowding down, letting them fight the case out from behind the jail walls...and for you cops If you went fishing and cought all the fish this year and no one restocked the pond what would you catch next year?

If we didnt bail the criminals out and the cops locked em all up then what would they do besides eat dounuts and stop people for not wearing seatr belts? (I'm an Ex-C.O. no offence guys , I switched to Bail becouse I couldnt see the lawyers making all the money)

I just read your post again.. I might have taken offence to the Viva la revolution comment.. that was my bad.. I read it again and now I was the one that got alittle stemed! My BAd! Yes.. the goverment did change over... but it is still very corupt. I am a huge supporter of US. I was under Tower 1 when they hit us... I lost a friend. So if I get hot headed it is only because I know what it is like in other countries... trust me I hate GOV red tape... even more IRS it should just be a flat 10% in my opinion... Brian, I understand your frustration completely, and I'm often frustrated, too. Especially when it comes to taxes.

As an old punk rocker, I'll always have a distrust of government, and I firmly believe they should be given as little power as possible. That is why I'm a Conservative.

I think the Federal Government's main purpose is to protect the citizens of the United States by providing a military and a fair judicial system. Other than that, they shouldn't have a hand in too much else.

Unfortunately they do, and it's mainly because the ideal of what America should be has been twisted and perverted. This country should be thought of like having a comission-only sales job; no guarantees, but nothing to hold you back, either.

Too many people think the government should provide all their needs for them, and this is exactly what our founding Fathers disapproved of when drawing up the Constitution. It is precisely why they gave the Federal Government limited power, and The Bill of Rights further points out just HOW limited it should be.

I have far more faith in people than I do in politicians, and I think left alone, we'd be far better off than with the government robbing us of our income like they do.
