While reading one of the posts I started thinking...

Was there ever one person you dated .. you broke up with for what ever... and now looking back you think it was so stupid.

I unfortunatly have a couple of women I dated and regret either cheating, breaking up, or letting go. I can remember their names and faces...

Also, do you know what happened to them? What would you say if you saw them?

AHHHHHHHHHHH HATE that. I don't know how it is with women but for most guys that I kow... Once you crossed the line you can't go back. It is very hard to be friends with a girl you were deeply in love with. Even more if you still are. Happend to me back in Arizona. I lasted 7 months. 7 months of being her friend before I said F-this. I used to even take her to go visit her new Boy friend. Man I was such a tool.

What's funny is that I am always the one that guys regret to let go. I don't mean this is a conceited way but it's true. After a little while I get a phone call asking to try again. I give people a lot of attention and I am very affecionate. I think that when they see it's gone they start to miss it. But, I usually don't ever go back. But, so far, I don't ever regret letting anyone go.

im gonna just vent a lil here.

there was this guy that i really clicked with. every time i saw him i had such a good time with him. he seemed to like me as much as i liked him, that doesnt happen very often. i liked this guy a lot, but i only showed it within myself. i was too scared to show him my true feelings because i was scared to get hurt. well i wound up getting hurt anyway so i guess keeping it a secret wasnt all that worth it. now that we went from talking to eachother all day every day from no communication at all it really kills me. i will never know what i couldnt had with him. i just wish i could go back and make it all better. i really liked this guy and still do and i blew it.

Amy, as I've told you, I don't think you fucked it up at all. One way or another, this was coming, because he'd had a hangup about it all along. Better to get hurt now rather than later, when you've gotten wrapped into the relationship even deeper.

While I'm here, I might as well post my own answer to the original question, although I made a whole other thread on the topic - even though I'm with someone new, at times I do wish I hadn't fucked up my last one, because the love was so deep and pure and perfect... my new relationship is not yet to the level that one attained. I'd like it to, but I don't know whether it can.... I guess time will tell. And the girl is much happier with her new guy anyway, more than I could ever give her. Good for her, sucks for me.

Yep, never liked that "life" thing too much. Heh.

I let one go, and really regret it. Not so much early on, as she was pissing me off, but later, after I found out the reason she was pissing me off. Anyway, it's all good for her, she hooked up with another guy a month later. Come to think of it, all the girls I've dated hooked up with another guy a month after I break up with them (and I'm the one doing the breaking up!) And then those relationships last longer than the one we had. Dammit, God hates me.
