Now, usually when a relationship is moving fast, most people want to slow it down, especially at my age (23).

But I have just started something that is moving... fast. I'd say, really fast. Odd thing about it is, though I would not usually be comfortable with something quite so fast, with her, I am. Completely comfortable. It's like we've known each other forever, but that's the weird thing - it hasn't even been a week. And yet, it's all completely perfect.

I know you guys are always great for analysis and similar stories, so I was wondering if anyone else has been so comfortable in a speedy relationship...

Seems to me like it's simply love at first sight. So how well does love at first sight work out in the end?

Anyway, yeah I know slowing down seems the best thing to do, especially from the outside looking in..... and yet, I dunno... like I said, both of us feel like it hasn't been just this short time, it feels like years.... it's not like anything I've ever felt before, and I kinda don't want it to get less powerful... :)

i think if both of you feel this way then totally go for whatever feels right. whatever you do think before you decide anything though, you know better than anyone that i act before thinking and we all know how well that works out. do what you and her think is right FTL.

Yes. But don't make any huge decisions yet because they will be guided by emotions and not logic....emotions will come and go, but enjoy what you are feeling now if you think it is sincere.

you need to slow down man. relationships that begin fast, end fast. soon there will be no mystery and nothing to keep you both interested in the relationship. so take it slow, and enjoy every minute.

as everyone else said, it's probably wise to slow it down a little. the beginning of a new relationship is always great. it's all so exciting and new. like fuzzybutt said, enjoy that while you can. there's plenty of time for other, more serious things once you get to know each other better. it's great though, have fun :)
