yeah it was a frigging pick up game, and i hyper extened my leg punting ( its been about 3 years since i really tried kicking it, like ya know the jump and throw your leg up really high kick) and so i gotta see a docter, my hips bruised and a bit red, and my thigh muscles are strained, and i agrivated a lacrosse injury, so were worried i torn the muscle this time. walking hurts =(
