I just got my unconditional release from the girl I was seeing and while nothing new, this one really stings. I had hopes and expectations w/ this one, silly me. I exposed myself just enough for a nice open wound. How do you guys deal with that dumping feeling? Sometimes I feel like I've been brushed off more times then home plate at Yankee Stadium.

Dont we all think that? I was kinda brushed off last night too by this one girl who told my friend that I was cute about 2 weeks ago. Then I travel out a distance to see her, all for her to tell me that her and her ex are going to work things out!Im actully glad I didnt get so attatched to her. But At this point Im not going to even bother looking for woman. if they think Im cute(God only knows why) fine, Im not getting myself in a realtionship for a really really long time

Advise my old man actually gave after I broke up with a girl. Go out! Become a friggin Vampire, a God Damn creature of the night. There are a million broads out there, just don't expect too many of them to be virgins. Most of them have already been nailed by 4 or 5 guys. Man, he had a way with words. He was right though. i usually spend some time with weed, alcohol, and friends telling me how much of a slut she is. it makes me feel better for a little while, but the rest of the time it's just gunna fucking hurt like hell for a while. this is why i dont date anymore. sex is good enough for now.

Thanks everyone for the supportive words, I do feel better. Actually I found out this evening(via e-mail)why I was unceremoniously dumped. Apparently having the wrong hair color is a dumpable offense. I swear, she said my hair color was all wrong and it really bothered her. Oh well. Anyway, I'm keeping my L'Oreal Shiny Black, so there!

My friends always help when this happens to me, which is far too often. They know they can't start bad mouthing her right away because I get all pissed.
