I think it should be kept a secret, or at least kept outside the workplace. While you're at work, you're working. No interaction beyond professionalism. What you do outside the building, that's your own business.

man i worked at a movie theater, and the HR manager would hire these hot girls on purpose, it was great. i hooked up with almost all of them, especially when i became a manager. me and the HR manager would throw little drinking parties in the empty theaters while we were working, and take the girls out after work. it was the best time i had at a job, and STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by company policy, but who gives a fuck, screw corporate america

i agree, im casually dating at work ((the guys are all friends, and i'm not being shady about it)) and what happens in off time stays in off time and what happens while on the job stays at the job. i couldn't ask for it any other way.
