Who Here Has An Apple Computer?

I just bought a brand new iMac,
256 MB, 800Mhz PowerPC G4.
It's the one with the 17 inch flat
screen monitor that's on an easel
so you can move it around easily.
The tower is connected to the
easel underneath it. It's uber-
cool! I'm new to Macintosh so I
have a whole lot to learn about
MAC OS X and the software. I'm
finding myself falling in love with
it and I'll never go back to PC.

Anyone else here an Apple
user? What do you have? How
much do you love your Apple?

I'm telling you right now Effme, you're making a HUGE mistake. I have an Apple Powerbook G4 because my entire school is hooked up through Mac and it is the most god awful thing on this planet. Sure it's easy to use and stuff, but trust me before you know it there will be more problems than you can handle. Go back to a PC before it's too late, I'm warning you now. <P>

I have a G3 powerbook and
I love it! I bought it right
before they came out with
the titanium G4s :( but
anyways I have used macs
all my life and see no
reason to switch. it's easier,
I don't really get viruses,
anywhere I go if I need to
run stuff on a pc (like
powerpoint etc) I can do it, I
mean, why would you ever
need a stupid PC?

Only a lunatic would use a PC when something as awesome as a Mac is available. They NEVER crash, are far less susceptible to viruses, and are easy as hell to navigate your way around on.

PS - If you use Internet Explorer with a Mac, your posts are all long and thin on this board. I use Netscape whenever I'm here and my posts come out normal. Version 7.0 still has a few bugs, but 6.2 is excellent.

I used tobe a pc man, but went to Mac about 6 years ago when I went to college. I like Mac a lot better and hope I never have to go back to pc. I've had this computer for 6 years and it's still going - that's damn good!

Yes Video Editing with IMacs and Macs are great and easy. I have editted on those. but games are damn near impossible to find. But think of it this way. . . IPOD!

and so far in just a month, I'm
comletely in love with Macs.
Trust me I was a devote lover of
PC but my iMac fucking rocks.

I have a Mac for my work station and a PC for all other crap. The Mac is 100x better for graphics and rendering. Not to mention its way easier to set up and install things on.
I had that whole PC/Mac rivalry going on but now I use both as well.
