What happened to him. The Y2J that wasn't fat and didn't have a forest growing on his face. He used to be a great technical and high flying wrestler. Now the only time those traits seem to come back are when hes facing RVD. Jericho in my opinion used to be a much better wrestler than he is now. Put him back on SmackDown! and face him against Angle and Benoit so he can come back again. He was one of the greatest Intercontintal Champions of all time, now he does a lot of chops and punches. We need the old Y2J back.

yes it is true there are two chris jericho's, AG and BG. After the game and before the game. Now before HHH had so much influence jericho was a rising star who became undisputed champion. After Game who we all know controls a lot of the writing and hates chris jericho he became a lowly midcarder losing to everyone.

As long as HHH is around y2j is going to have a rough time. he will never be able to shine as brightly as he should.

Jericho in my opinion used to be a much better wrestler than he is now. <P>
Jericho still is a GREAT wrestler but he isnt used that way in the WWF anymore. What Jericho needs to do is stop wearing glittery clothes and a dyed-red ponytail and let his hair out and become the smart-ass, run from trouble, egomaniac that he was in WCW and his early days in the WWF. <P>
Another factor in why Jericho doesnt look as good in matches is because he isn't facing guys that are as good as him at working. Now I havent watched WWF in a while so excuse me if that doesnt sound right, but thats what i saw before i stopped watching. In WCW Jericho looked GREAT because everynight he was facing Dean Malenko or Eddy/Chavo Guerrero or Rey Mysterio jr. or Chris Benoit. He doesnt have that in the WWF because he has to face Flair and HHH and I guess other midcarders. <P>
So yes, it would be EXCELLENT to have the WCW Chris Jericho back but it aint happening, which is very unfortaunate(sp?) <P>

in an interview with bubba the love sponge, y2j said he's accomplished all he set out to do and now he's just happy to be a jobber. he'd rather help out the new guys. as for his in-ring action suffering, i think its the result of him being a heel. they always tend to use more dirty tricks to get wins. i'm curious, when was the last time he did the triple powerbomb?

Think about it. Jericho is still putting on some very good matches. The RVD match on Raw was pretty damn good. I do miss the old WCW Jericho though. Ralphus, Man of 1003 holds(ARMBAR),wearing Reys mask,wearing Prince Iakeas(eech)little skirt,and even when he first arrived in WWF. Remember the memorable feud he was about to have with Ken Shamrock? Turning Howard Finkel into his lackey Harold? Curtis Hughes as Gotch Gracie? Well, at least I still have his old ECW and Japan matches on tape.
