If you have played in bands its a routine.
Book your own shows
Record a demo
Put out a single
Hopefully a small label will release your album
Repeat

I'll take good punk over the whiny, moaning songs of today. Every band seems to be weeping about how their Daddy didn't love them or some such nonsense.

Is it me or is every song that WSOU plays now, emo-core. I don't have anything against emo, but play that much of it and it all sound the same. It actually sounds as if there is only one singer in all of emo; he just fronts 38 different bands.
