I would agree that Dennis Miller was indeed the best. Norm MacDonald is the all-around funniest, but Miller was the perfect fit for the desk. I think Kevin Nealon was underrated, both at the desk and as an SNL performer.

Dennis Miller was the best. Colin Quinn wasn't that great as update guy, except when he would talk about foreign policy like America is just a regular guy. "Billy Joel sucks" "NO YOU SUCK". Lenny the Lion kicked ass too.

DENNIS MILLER- i loved how sharp tongued he was with his witty retorts and his interjections regarding politics, entertainment, basically anything that he would make fun of....too bad he is ending his show on HBO

and then...

KEVIN NEALON- absolutely friggin funny- i loved how goofy he was and the lil sketches he would do between him and tim meadows as ike were crazy
