I used to love Boo-Boo's and the Cadillac Bar in Hoboken, but then the ownership changed and the personnel went out the door. Now I'm left to float.

The Side Bar, in Baltimore...

Or Adams Morgan, in downtown DC...

Red, Dragonfly and Andalu are also good spots in the District. Same with the 9:30 Club and the Black Cat.

Charm City has a few others...Spot...Sonar...God Love Bar...Shorty's and Paradox...

Well, for old times sake, the
Blue Bar at the Algonquin. More recently, there is a place called Mama's Boy in Winter Harbor Maine, where the
have a different Micro Brew on Tap every night, and they make one of the finest vodka martini's in the galaxy.

Hell, if it don't have to be near me.....

I used to go to the F.R.A. on Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, or the White Horse in Leiston England.

Near me I would say the Handlebar.

I guess it's more of a club than a bar, But Tequilla Joe's in Belleville, NJ. Is a great place for a Metalhead in Jersey to get plastered, Headbang, and have an all around good time....

My new favorite bar right now has to be the Cutting Room in NYC. If you want to have drinks with some of the cast from Sex and the City, you have to hang out really late, go to the Cutting Room.

The Elysian

I actually like that place a LOT.

I was there on Friday night and some band was playing old country stantards, and the guitarist/singer's daughter came up and sang some old Patsy Cline that was amazing. He said she was 14, but I'd swear she was 22 at least. That's what I told the officer anyway.

The architecture in that place is great and it just reeks (sometimes literally, and occasionally even leaks) of "Old Hoboken".

One time a band playing there even stopped my girlfriend and I on the sidewalk and payed US twenty bucks to come in and see them play. They sucked, but it was the first time I was ever there, so I was glad about it. They introduced me to that bar, so I'm thankful I guess.
