I don't know if anybody else heard Imus today but he was actually pretty cool. He said that O and A are very funny and did not deserved to be fired. and he also said that he hopes that they do get another job beacuse they are very funny. and also thought the stunt that they did was also very funny. and actualy like O and A. so finaly some one with some balls who speaks the truth. unlike has been Howard and fat and fatter in DC who bring out lies to the air way. I figure you are talking about his charity work, which is to be admired( he has done a lot for kids with cancer especially by my local hospital in Hackensack).

On radio he has gone from second rate D.J. to pseudo-political commentator. The show is completely unlistenable. If you get your political info through him, you should look elsewhere.

whether Howard fans want to admit it or not, Imus has more of a sense of humor at this point than Stern. Imus never had a problem with Anthony's impression of him. Nor did he ever have a gag put on O & A by Infinity. Hey, how come for years Howard never had a problem with Imus talking about him, and him talking about Imus, yet O & A doing it wouldn't be tolerated? Could it be because Howard never felt threatened by Imus or any of his other competition until Opie and Anthony came along? Funny Howard never started even mentioning O & A as Opie And Anthony until Monday's show once they were gone. He used to only refer to them with words like "clones", "imitators", or "my bitches". what a puss.

If you know anything about the history between imus and Stern, you know Stern despises him.
Since the only attention he ever gets from Stern is "imus sucks", imus figured "hey, i know how to get under his skin! i'll embrace his rivals"!
This didn't work. Even O&A saw through this ploy, and openly laughed at the old fuck on the air! Go listen to another Nixon impression, tool.
