For me, yea, Final Fantasy 3 all the way. It was my 1st REAL role player, and it was, and may still be, one of the BEST I've ever played. GREAT story, Great music, and LONG!

2 was great too. All the new ones bore me half way through. I think the story starts to go sometimes, and they just make them 4 discs to be able to charge you 60 bucks.

i'm with sheepie. i've only played 7, 8, 9, and 10. 10 is the best in my opinion.

i never play video games, so i couldn't tell ya....but lulu, i remember when you had to learn that weird underwater sport, that was pretty interesting..

i never play video games, so i couldn't tell ya....but lulu, i remember when you had to learn that weird underwater sport, that was pretty interesting..

i'll have to start getting you into video games. tetris is just too boring.

the underwater sport is called blitz ball. and i smoked those fuckers! haha! luca goers are a bunch of pussies!!!

every one who hasn't played the oldies should get the anthologies and such because the plots and game play in those kicked ass.

Wow, my favorite video game series. I think FF3 had the best story. I remember the first time I tried to beat Kefka at the end...Wow what a battle! I really liked FF8 great story and babes. FF10 was also excellent because of the voice add-ons. All in all the best video game franchise. <P> <P>

I'm enjoying 10 so far (10 hours in), but I can't win a damn blitzball game yet. And I really don't have the patience to hand translate Al Bhed to English (simple 1-1 letter swap). I want more dictionaries.

I played the american Nintendo versions of 1, 4, and 6, and the PC version of 7....

I still love the Return of Rydia from the land of Summoned monsters in 4, and Kain's shaky allegiances, I'll have to say 4 for storyline, and 6 for sidestories and quests (cursed armor, anti-magic tower, Ghost train, Arena, etc...)

Looking back I didn't find 7 that good, and it didn't inspare me to play any of the later ones. I was so excited about 4 and 6, but 8, 9, and 10.... nah, I'll watch a movie...

what i don't like about the FF series is the repeat of characters. there have been like 3 "Yuffie-like" characters. And Seymore was just a rip off of Sephoroth(?).

originality people! that's what makes a game fun.
