I've gotten used to the GameCube controller, it's actually very nice. But I give props to the SNES because Playstation's is based on it. . .probably because the Play Station was originally going to be an SNES peripheral. Or however you spell that damn word.

in recent systems the PS2 controller, but the new smaller XBOX one is good and i think much better than the original, and i dont use the gamecube controller enough to tell you whether is good or not

PS2's controller is the Dual Shock PS1 controller. I love it. because you can go and grab your PS1 controller, bring it to your friends house and plug it right into his PS2.

That SNES may be the best ever. Curved, simple, elegent. Less than 20 fucking buttons.

The Gamecube feels OK, but there's like 90 buttons to keep track of.

XBOX sucks.

But I think I actually like this special 6 button one for the Genesis I had. It was set up like the Street Fighter buttons, 3 over 3 to simulate the arcade set up. Very nicely curved, and small in size to fit in your hand.

Moe - did it have the x y z over the a b c? and turbo button? Because I think I had that too , that was a lot like the SNES only didn't feel the same.
