what are clothes doing for you?

I was watching a program the other day and It got me thinking, Besides keeping me warm and covering my privates , why aren't my clothes more efficient?
I think they should improve upon this clothing idea. I want more protection and more accesories. this is suppose to be the 21st so why aren't my clothes super high tech... maybe I'm just insane but I want to hear some ideas that are out there.

Im gonna have to agree with you Meve. I thought by now everyone would be wearing glasses with computers in them , and have pants that you can adjust the temperature on , and shirts that can change into other shirts , etc.
