My pledge brother just came out tonight. Not gay but bi. After 3 years of being brothers, 1 of rooming together he tells me this now!?!?!

Am I supposed to be happy that he finally told me and feels comfortable with our relationship?

Or should I be a little pissed off because I thought we were a lot tighter. We've talked about a lot of personal stuff over time and he never mentioned or even hinted at the bi thing.

And no I'm not going to disown him or treat him differently. He's my fraternity brother and I wouldn't turn him away.

No he's bi. And yes there are such cases. One was even documented in Time Magazine (or similiar mag). Our chapter advisor is too, and I know of 3 other Greeks on my campus that are gay/bi. Yes it's uncommon, but there's more than you'd think. Most are just afraid of the reaction of their brothers/sisters.

He said he's known since high school. So maybe 6 or so years I'd guess.

And douchebag Game, it's a fraternity dick. Get it right.

In all seriousness, he probably recognized you weren't a fagola or showing those tendencies, and if he mentioned that he was, perhaps he was worried that you would have seen it as a come-on. Don't take it personally, you know now.

I'd be a little pissed for having roomed with him. Look at it logically, and I"m not doing this to flame. If I were living in the same room with a girl, if she were anywhere close to average, I would definately jack to the fantasy of bangin her one day(assuming I never banged her). So there's probably a good chance he jacked to you at some point. If that were me, I'd be really schieved by that notion. Lets have a full fag disclosure before we're going to be changing in front of each other.

If that were me, I'd be really schieved by that notion.what's the difference whether you live with the guy or not? if you have a bi male friend who digs you, he can jack to you just as much in the next room, or a different house as if he were in the same room. does that somehow make it better to you?
