it really depends on your reasons for telling.. as was mentioned, if you are confessing because you feel guilty and you want to relieve that stress on yourself, you're being incredibly selfish and should not tell. you've already been incredibly selfish by cheating in the first place, you should take the guilt and all the shit on yourself becasue youre the one who fucked up

if you'd confess for some reason that might actually be in the interest of the person you're with, then tell. it really all depends on the situation.

for me, personally, i cheated once and i didnt tell the person. i knew it would just hurt him and there was nothing to gain from it. i did end things with him, though... the fact that i cheated showed me that i didnt belong with him anymore

when we are describing someone, ie: "because THERE whores and like chaos," we use the word THEY'RE (it is a contraction of the words "they" and "are". this is a handy dandy tool for figuring out when this is the proper word to use).
