A friend of mine paid $2000 for 2 tickets.
Now, I am as big a fan of their stuff as anyone, but, where is stopping point for ticket prices?
I remember when bands prided themselves on LOW ticket prices. Those days are gone, I guess.
The most I have ever paid for tickets was $100 for 2 tickets to see Guns and Roses/Metallica and I thought that was outrageous(bear in mind that punk shows I went to were usually 5 or 10 bucks to see like 5 top bands).
Where will it end?

I paid $70 per ticket for an arena rock show. I think that's the most I've ever paid.

I paid $100 for a floor seat for the KISS reunion show at MSG. I prob wouldve paid more because they are my fav band. But not $2000. too much. Me and my friend once paid about $100 for 2 Nirvana tickets that we found out were counterfeit. We were so pissed.
