Ok let's see - Brock's getting pushed to the moon and back. Rock is going to go shoot another movie real soon. Pick a winner.

Anyway, if Rock's going to go shoot a movie and drop the title, let him put Brock over big time. I want to see Brock kill him like he did Hogan.

Picture this - after a long hard match Rock wins cleanly by a smiggen. Brock powers out of the rockshooter, er, sharpshooter, kicks out of the people's elbow and 2 rock bottom's but succoms to a 3rd. Sweet and all. But let's go further. As Rock celebrates Brock gets up and decimates him. I'm not talking about a chair shot. I'm talking about like an asswhooping Stone Cold laid on the rock right the RAW after WM 18.

So Rocks now out of the story but he's still got the title. Strip it from him since he can't defend it, and have a tournement at the next PPV. Let Brock have a month of just tearing through people. And decide the title in a month.

I know it won't happen but I can dream can't I?

its not a bad idea, rowan. but i don't think they will do it, at least not the tournament (they just had KotR) Maybe a hell in the cell Six pack challenge to decide the champ. now that kinda mayhem gets this hippie's blood pumpin!

I would say that i would have Brock win. After about a grueling 30 minute wrestling match. Not so much with all the weapons, just these guys battling it out in the ring. Brock kicks out of a Rock bottom and Peoples elbow, battles back and gives him a powerful slam that everybody thinks will win the match. Then he gives Rock the F-5 and Rock CANNOT kick out of it. I think it would be great to make a myth out of the F-5, its the only finisher by a main event superstar that nobody has ever kicked out of and it should stay that way

i agree knick - i think everyone's finishing moves have been totally discredited.

in the old days if you hit your finisher that was the end of the match, no questions asked (unless your name was hulk hogan)

now it seems like everyone's finisher can be countered, avoided, or kicked out of.

when ultimate warrior and rick rude fueded this would always happen. warrior would kick some ass go for the big splash and miss it. everyone knew it was coming. then rude would kick ass and try the rude awakening to be countered. it was mad predictable.

go to warrior vs hogan. it was a huge friggin deal when hogan missed that leg drop. back then he NEVER EVER missed it.

let brock's f-5 be unstopable for awhile and then let someone eventually kick out of it. then it'll be a huge deal. then brock can bust out that shooting star press of his

Everytime the Rock starts to beat up Brock and the fans start to beleive Rock is gonna win, Brock starts dominating Rock. He beats him cleanly after the F-5. <P>
Brock and Angle fued for months while Rock is filming movies. Angle loses to Brock at Armageddon(or whatever the Dec. PPV name is) and then enters the Royal Rumble at no. 29. No one knows who number 30 is gonna be. Angle cleans house during the rumble and and is the only one left in the ring for the 30th rumble competitor. Angle waits....IF YA SMELL..WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN! FANS GO NUTS! Rock and Angle battle fiercely in the Rumble. Rock nails a Rock Bottom, Angle is barely standing in the middle of the ring when Rock goes for another Rock Bottom. WAIT! Angle blocks and dumps rock over the top rope. <P>
Jim Ross exaggerrates how Rock is crushed and he goes off to film another movie. <P>
Meanwhile, Brock has dominated everybody since Summerslam 2002. Angle-Lesnar fued has been going on for 7 months now. Angle swears at Wrestlemania 19, Brock will go down. <P>
Wrestlemania 19 comes. The main event finishes. <P>
Angle wins cleanly. <P>
TOO BAD THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN! I HOPE I BECOME A WWF BOOKER/HEAD WRITER ONE DAY! <P>

as far as kicking out of one another's finishers i think it sucks with the exception of wrestlemania's. those kickouts are fine with me.

and ill say this right here, right now brock can get the title thats fine with me. but.............. if he main events wrestlemania i will never watch wrestling again. ill just sit down and watch the hundreds of bret hart matches on tape, cuz he was a superb wrestler.
and he earned everything he got.

As has already been stated, this just even further devalues those finishing moves. I don't think the WWE has any strong finishing moves, currently. Maybe the Crossface. You don't need THAT much overkill to prove Brock's a monster.

I diagree with Fallon - the title's in disarray enough as is, a tournament won't muck things up too much worse.

Brock's heatless, and it's doubtful that Rock putting him over will give him any sort of rub. His title reign is an abortion waiting to happen.

Besides, a tournament gives them the opporutnity to put the belt on the one guy who SHOULD be wearing it right now.....

Aight I prolly went overboard on the kickouts by brock. I thought the tournament would have been sweet though.

1) Brock would have gotten heat for killing rock (which after watching summerslam, might have actually made brock a face judging on the crowds reaction).

2) The title stays off an undeserving and unproven Brock

3) The tournament provides an instant solid storyline, with potential to move people up the ladder, switch rosters, and emphasis the competition between Raw and SD.
