I posted this on OA.com, but since it seems to be a pretty sound theory and concerns R&F at the same time, here's my theory...

Basically, I'm assuming this take on the whole situation, given R&F's best-ofs, and the comments on Foundry....
What I'm thinking is that there are no true suspensions involved here - but it's supposed to look like one to th Catholic League. In reality, O&A are off the air for one major reason - did anyone hear the show on Friday? O&A had to stifle themselves because the were unable to talk about the situation. Result? The show suffered.
If they were on the air yesterday, and still unable to talk about it, it would be just like Friday's show. As would every show after that, until they could finally talk about it. So instead, they're just not doing a show.
Now for Ron and Fez, they know that O&A aren't doing their show.... and they know, based on the past, that if they go on the air, all the calls they're going to get will be about O&A, all sorts of people wanting to know what happened to O&A, are they fired, are they coming back, when are they coming back, blah blah... AND Ron and Fez, like O&A, can't talk about the Sex For Sam stuff, so their show would suffer too.
So basically, the decision has been made that a best-of show is better than a forced, shitty show.
