CATS VS. DOGS

Cats are best. They are very self reliant. Clean their litter box, keep 'em fed and they are the coolest. They DO answer to their names, they can sense your mood, they are clean(hell, they swallow half their fur) ,aside from a couple of hairballs here and there, they are perfect.
Dogs are filthy ,disgusting, drooling, needy creatures. They shit in piles the size of humans, and you have the joy of picking up that nice hot crap. Assholes raise pit-bulls and rottweilers for fighting, and then walk them on the street! Hopefully, they rip your throat out. Little fag dogs are the funniest, especially when some "tough guy" is walking one. Face it people, secure people have cats as pets, while insecure, unloved, attention demanding people are owned by their dogs.

My entire life I maintained that women like cats, men like dogs. I was a dog person through and through.

With the recent acquisition of my kitten Fuzzy, however, I'm a convert. She plays fetch for hours, runs to me to greet me when I come home from work, and is as affectionate as any canine I've ever owned.

No one is as stunned as me that I'm admitting this, by the way.

Don't get fooled, Gvac. Kittens are lovable and palyful and affectionate, this is true. But wait, that kitten is gona grow into a cold, calculating, sleep all day, cat who'd just as soon turn your leg into a scratching post as look at you. I've seen it a thousand times. i like both of them the same. i love my kitty just as much as i loved my dog mugsy but he was really old (16) and we had to put him to sleep in october of last year. i dont think im gonna get another dog for a while

I love both. I have three cats. They are all clean (except when they track litter around) and independent. If I leave for a weekend, all I have to do is leave an extra litter box out, along with a few extra bowls of food and water.

My cats are cool. They like to wrestle and play fetch. They also come when called.

I would LOVE to have a basset hound but I work late and live in an apartment.

Sorry, I just don't like cats. It' just one of those things. I don't like the way they smell, the way their food smells or the way their urine smells. I have on a couple of occasions over friends' of mine houses, gagged from the smell of their cat litter boxes/cat food. I don't like their snooty personalities. On top of it, I am allergic to their dander. I found this out by sleeping on a couch at my sister's house (who owned a cat) and waking up the next morning completely covered in hives. Me and cats just don't mix.
