It takes A LOT to piss me off. Recently on my way home from work I just screamed as loud as I could in the car. I felt better. Or I bitch to one of my good friends. Destroying my own property doesn't make me feel better!

Lately I've been EXTREMELY aggrivated for no apparent reason, and its not my usual "crankiness" its straight up agrivation and disgust. All of my means of dealing with it are extremely corny though.

1. Rant for pages and pages about completely inane things which i really know nothing about here on this message board.

2. Get in the car, put in limp bizkits "3 Dollar Bill Y'all" and blast "counterfeit" & "Stuck" screaming at the top of my lungs going about 75 on the highway to nowhere.

3. excercise, it makes me more angry that Im acutally working out, but it steals all my energy so I dont break stuff or punch people.

I'm pleasant, I swear!

I used to have a very serious anger problem. i used to punch walls (and anything else in my way), but now my knuckles have been broken so many times that they're all knobby and ready to break. I throw chairs and shoulder block things alot.

these days i'm alot more mellow though (medication will do that)

WPS all the way. Not so much anymore, though. There was that whole broken hand from punching a stone wall thing that kind of put a damper on things. What made it worse was that I actually meant to whiff but I caught it dead on by accident. You don't realize how hard a punch you can throw when you think that you aren't trying to hurt yourself.

I've got an Italian temper (which means I fly off the handle for no reason at times & become completely homicidal over menial things) and I'm a major wall puncher, too. But the drywall repairs & new doors were starting to cost entirely too much, so I purchased a heavy-bag. Now I punch the shit out of it....I would have just joined a gym that has a punching bag, but having it at home is much easier, and I tend to swing the closest thing to me when I am enraged, and they don't take kindly to that at gyms.

It takes a lot, and I mean A LOT to get me pissed off. But the very few times I have been REALLY mad, for some reason I start to cry. So here I am, this furious, crying mess of a human being, witha White Hot rage.

It's VERY uncomfotable, and must be equally horrible to watch. I don't usually want to hurt anyone, I usually turn my rage in upon myself. I'm not a violent person. So there I am, just a bottle up, crying mess of rage and hate. Hating the situation that made me mad, and hating myself for being a crying mess.

It gives me the Douche Chills just thinking about a grown man crying.
