I Live Next To Abe Vigoda

That's right. I've always taken
for grantid the fact that in the
building right down the block
from me lives the great Abe
Vigoda. For those of you who
don't know, he starred as
Detective Fish in the show
Barney Miller, the treacherous
Tessio in The Godfather, as well
as regular appearances on Late
Night With Conan O'Brien. Also,
I've personally crowned him with
the title "Greatest Old Man Ever".
I came to this realization when I
was sitting in the pizza place
today, sweating my ass off, and I
see out the window Abe Vigoda
walking on by, and my friend
says in the least enthusiastic
voice ever, "Hey, it's Abe Vigoda."
And then, maybe it was the heat,
but it clicked and I thought
"Yeah... YEAH! THAT'S RIGHT!
THAT'S ABE VIGODA!" ...Then I
finished my pizza. Abe Vigoda's
the fuckin' man.
