Very interesting you bring this up. AJinDC actually sent me this article yesterday and this is what I responded:

GOOD!! Those fans are the biggest bunch of assholes! (honestly even more than Longhorn fans) I guess it shouldn't have been printed in there, but who cares!! :) Last year they hurt several people shoving the goal posts in the stands (my friend was there) and a fan punched out one of the players dad's (who also happened to work for the governor) because he was trying to calm people down. It was ridiculous. They beat us at Tech like the last 3 times we played there. There is no reason to rush the field. I don't even think we were ranked. Oh well, I'll get off my rant now. You can see we take our football seriously here!! :) hehe.

I hate Tech fans!! They are classless. The equivalent of an Eagles fan up there. They deserved it even if it was a "mistake"!
