Is there any way to watch TV on the web?

I know that some people here listen to R&F on streams over the internet. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to watch TV streams on the web.

The one I knew of, www.icravetv.com was sued, so I am hoping there are some more, ahem, discreet places I can go to.
