Remember that skit from 'Kids in the Hall', where
Bruce McCulloch can't fall asleep because he ate
too much Salted Pork?
He drinks Pitchers and pitchers of water, and still
finds no relief. LOL.

Well, I just had some dinner with a friend, and
each dish ( while being very delicious ) was saltier
than the next.
We actually started laughing about it, and betting
on HOW much our collected sodium intake was for
the whole dinner.

Whenever i have french fries i usually drench them in salt. Then i can never wash it away. Viscous cycle.

Lately I've been trying to make a conscious effort to just have less salt on food, and let me tell ya, it's a tough thing. I don't think any of us really realize how much salt in on nearly everything.

But ever since, I've been a less thirsty person.
