Best Music Montage in a Movie or TV Show

I personally love those little music montages that they put together in both movies and tv shows. Yes they're cheesy, but they're damn entertaining. Here are a couple of my favorites.

1) The part in Rocky 4 where Rocky is doing his training in the snow, and they're playing "Hearts on Fire". There's this one part where Rocko rips his opponents picture off the wall and crumples it, and at that moment, I feel like I could beat Dolph Lungren.

2) Rocky 4 again, when Rocky is driving his car thinking about Apollo dying..powerful stuff.

3)The Mole, the lame reality show that only I watch...whenever someone would get eliminate, they'd do this little montage about them....it was a fake touching way to go out.

In LOTR, when Frodo and Sam are trekking across the Shire, there is some good instrumental music as different pictures of them walking go with the music.

The small things made that movie great my friends.

The finale of Seinfeld, where before the final episode, they air that montage of some clips of the show to Green Day...

Hmmm... don't know if this counts but;
At every award show, they do a little 2 minute montage showing images of celebrities who died over the last year. Usually the music is instrumental, but once in a while they play "In My Life" by the Beatles. The networks even let the screen stay dark for a few seconds before the commercials start.

Get's me every time. *sniff*

That brings a tear to my eye even when i even remember that. Also from Apocalypse Now the helicopter scene.

I say the Montage towards the ending of "The Usual Suspects" with that music that starts almost inaudibly and builds to a climax. (Where the Inspector is telling Verbal about Keaton)
