I'm torn between what's the best. Sometimes it's a crispy, thin crust. Other times it's GOT to be sicilian(square)! Tonight I'm going with Lodi Pizza. Round pie(slightly crispy), Half sausage.

Must...build...the...pyramid.

i work at a pizzeria and we have delicious pizza...i prefer my pizza to have a soft crust, light on the cheeze , no oregeno, extra sauce...i guess im a pizza slut even thoughi havent had pizza really in like 6 months

I love it thin crust with lots of sauce, and decent amount of mozarel...There is a little pizza shop around me that I would love for you all to try. I guarantee it is probably some of the best pizza that you will ever have...

Just a plain pepperoina hand tossed crust. Crust great for dipping into garlic sauce or ranch dressing. Pepperoins always great and so fun when you peel them off and then eat them. I can't stand pizza hut's and dominos's pepperoins they are hard as me watching lizzie mcguire. When you get pepperoinis on pizza they have to be almost flat with the cheese and anti-burnt.

i like mine with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. that's some good stuff. that brocolli pizza with no sauce is damn good, too

I make the best pizza. I knead thyme into the crust,
and toss it very very thin. then I throw it on the
grill, cook, flip, and top with tomato sauce, fresh
mozerella, arugula and tomatoes from my garden,
and gate some parmesean on top. Then I flip the lid
down and cook/smoke it with mesquite chips. It is
the best.

Failing that a brick oven will do but I don't know too
many people with brick ovens. And by the way? I
am a New Yorker of course, but my favorite
'gourmet' pizza is of course Sally's in New Haven.
Pepe's does better bacon and pepperoni pizza, but
sally's is more consistant. And abate's has the best
white clam pizza anywhere.

For a New York style slice? Garlic Bob's on Columbus
(around 80th I think) is my favorite. It is the most
similar to my previous New York favorite which was
Pizza Town on Broadway around 115th (I don't
remember. It closed down probably like ten years
ago, maybe more)

so there. And my opinion is always the correct one

I called it gourmet for lack of a better word. I
wanted to distinguish it from a reular new york
pizzeria style pizza. I mena sallys and peps are
pizzerias but they're brick oven places and their
pizza is different, it's even different than the brick
oven pizzas at like Grimaldis or Mikes or even
sometihng like a Bertuccis (whch SUCKS. used to be
good when it wasn't a big stupid chain. same thing
happened to Steves ice cream) whatever. I guess
it's nt really 'gourmet' but okay I guess I should call
it 'New Have
