Truth be told, I was always a dog person, and never really liked cats. Then I started feeding a stray female that was eating out of our dumpsters at work.
She was the coolest cat ever, and I fell in love with her. Soon she had kittens. I started caring for them, too. Two weeks ago, I came into work on Monday morning to discover that Millie (the mom) had been run over in the street in front of my work place. I was absolutely heartbroken. I buried her (and cried like a baby) and then arranged to have the other kitties adopted, and I took "Fuzzy" for myself. I didn't think they could fend for themselves in the woods where they were living, and I couldn't bear to see any of them being run over.
She's turned out to be the greatest pet I've ever owned, and cracks me up on a daily basis. She's every bit as playful and affectionate as any dog I've ever owned, so screw all you bastards for mocking me!
At least Fuzzybutt understands.
Oh, and Pantera...those weights in the picture have almost as much dust on them as that box of condoms on your nightstand. :P
