I can't decide... I had some tonight and left it cold, because it made the coating so much yummier. However, the usual hot-oily-deliciousness was replaced with cold, pasty fattiness... But I think it was worth it! I'm saying cold.

Cold if the Skin is WELL cooked. NOTHING worse than Cold, rubbery skin seperating from the Crispy coating.

I preobably prefer it Hot though.

Depends on the coating, if it's just plain fried chicken,,cold
if it has a BBQ or some other sauce coating then ,,HOT..

i eat fried chicken for dinner tonight,and i ate it hot just cuz i was on the phone for like 2 hours.whenever i eat fried chicken and there is left overs i always eat it cold.

sometime is taste better cold. Sometime I let get to warm and leave it in the the frig for a couple of minutes
