I bought this game back when before Gamecube when I have N64...I played it once and never again, cause it seemed difficult to play...is it really that good?

How &quot;tactical&quot; is this game? I'm more of a mindless killer type of guy. I enjoy games like Gears of War and Half Life. What are the chances of me being bored to tears commanding my team around?

<p>It's a ton of action.&nbsp; It's not Halo 2 action, but it doesn't feel slow to me.&nbsp; You don't have to play survival types either.&nbsp; There are plenty of unlimited respawn gametypes.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;Mindless?&nbsp; Not at all.&nbsp; The aim system is the hardest of the rainbow series.&nbsp; Action?&nbsp; Bet your ass.</p>

I just got it too. I've only played one deathmatch, and it was boring compared to COD4. I'm going to work my way through a liltle more of the story and a six pack tonight before jumping online. I want to get a little more comfortable with the controls before trying one of the other onlline modes.

Next time you get a game, pick up a headset too. :wink:

With PS3, I'm pretty sure you can use any bluetooth headset. I haven't tried it myself yet.

I'm pretty disappointed with this one so far. It takes forever to load, and the damn thing "lags" when the shit starts to go down. That must be the frame rate bug that I read about. It's a shame, because it really is cool to sneak around instead of going in guns blazing. The 3 man team concept is cool too, except when those two waterheads get stuck behind obstacles and start chucking smoke for no reason.

Online play is worse. It takes forever for games to start and the community is small. Last night I was getting a little bored with COD4, so I figured I'd change to R6 and there were a whopping two games, both deathmatches. I'm also sick of getting invites R6 when I'm playing different games. People must be so desperate to get enough players that they just go down the list of met players and send everyone an invite.

It's just about impossible to kill anyone as you have to shoot them about a 100 times before they will die. The outfitting interface sucks too. It's just to much of a hassle to get into a match.

I haven't given up yet, but I think I'll be playing more Warhawk, then R6. I'm digging the update and the omega pack, even though I'm still horrible at the game.

That really is an awesome feature to the game. I wish COD4 had it.

But you're right. The game has been sort of disappointing. I just keep finding myself heading back to COD4.

Is this every happening? I remember they said after Vegas 2 that it wouldn't be set in Vegas, but do we know anything about where or when it's going to be released?

I love these games but I can't find shit for news on when to expect the next one
