I think Sheepy gets a lot of abuse. Every time there's a bad joke or something goes wrong, you get the "Sheepied." I think this indicates that Ron and Fez think there's something inherently wrong with Sheepy. He's flawed. imperfect, slightly out of sorts. It's sad, really.
