I am currently talking to this guy and he is really cool. There is a connection between us, just not a physical one. I told him, listen I feel a vibe between us, just not physically. For some reason men think they are gods gift and that I'm just going through a phase of some sort which is why i'm not feeling him in that way. I don't want to stop hanging out with him but I would like him to stop trying to kiss me all the time. How do you tell someone you just want to be friends without them hating you in the end?

Well I always believed in the idea of "buffer time". You need some time apart from the intimate relationship that you have now.

It would be grea to just move from hooking up straight to friends, but its just not that easy.

I doubt it's him thinking he's gods gift, but more likely he's just attracted to you and is getting mixed signals about things...I think the buffer time is the best deal. Tell him you're not interested and that you wnat some time apart, and then see if a frienship happens. There's no real way to avoid it ending badly because it sounds like he's more into you, and no one can take rejection all that well. That's my two cents anyway :)
