Policeman's mouth to mouth saves 'dead' pit bull

A Massachusetts police officer saved a pit bull's life by giving her mouth-to-mouth after a car knocked her over.

Officer Thomas Richmond says Cinnamon's heart had stopped when he arrived at the scene of the accident in West Bridgewater.

He said: "All four of her legs went out and her heart wasn't beating. She was dead." He then began CPR - pressing her chest and breathing into her mouth.

He said: "It took me seven or eight tries but, to my amazement, she opened her eyes and started breathing,"

The Boston Herald says the dog has now recovered after being treated by vets.

The officer added: "She's fine. She has some nerve damage but no broken bones. It's a miracle."

Some animal lovers are demented. I have a cousin who would put meat in his mouth and then have his Yorkie eat it out of his mouth.
I also knew a kid in High School who was rumored to have put Alpo on his penis and had his dog lick it off.
Thank God I have a Pet Rock.

C'mon, if your dog was dying right in front of you, you would let it die?? It's nasty, but if I was in that situation I might do it, I love my doggie (not in a gross way though). BTW: There is a scene in Corky Romano where he does this. It was pretty funny.

The first part that's wrong with that is that your cousin has a Yorkie. That's a good "puntin' " dog. The other thing is. What kind of meat are we talking about here? Norwegian sausage?

LONDON (Reuter) - A British man was found guilty on Tuesday of having sex with a dog after a video he made of the act was inadvertently shown to speechless wedding guests expecting to see a replay of a marriage ceremony.

The 59-year-old lent his video recorder to a friend to film the wedding, but forgot to erase from the tape scenes of himself in sex acts with a neighbour's bull terrier named Ronnie.

The man said the 10-minute film shown to the jury had been an attempt at trick photography and featured only simulated sex acts. He will be sentenced after psychiatric and other reports have been made available (The Toronto Star - March 16, 1994).
