Another downhill turn for the WWE writing

You know, for the past couple of days and weeks I have been watching the steady decline in the quality of the WWE as we all have. With the loss of the nWo (which lost all credibility weeks ago anyway), I came to the conclusion that there was only one way to save the WWE.

DX. Use the nWo members, add Billy Gunn back into the mix. Perhaps sign the Road Dogg back and maybe you can start to rebound.


So much for that idea.


The Rock has two upcoming movies. Helldorado and Spy Hunter.

It has been rumored that Kurt Angle is considering going into training for the next olympics.

With the Rock having to start filming Helldorado shortly, I am willing to bet he will lose to Lesner. How much is it going to suck for Goldberg wannabe Brock Lesner to have the WWE title?

Can we all say that the WWE is doomed to WCW's fate now?

The man has been impressive and Heyman is great on the mic/manager.

Second, Raw was intense tonight. This Aggrestion thing is great. Plus all new matches.

WWE's only problem is people down playing everything. Why can you just enjoy?

I agree with most of the stuff you're saying. First off i'd like to say that for the last 3 years The Rock has been my favorite, but lately he keeps slipping down and down. The guy is funny but i don't think he should be doing movies constantly. He keeps on giving his "I'm WWE forever, its in my blood, the x factor i can't descrive." Personally i think he needs to shut the hell up, hes out doing his movies more than hes in the god damn ring. I think giving him the title (even if it is for a month because he has to lose it to Brock because of another fucking movie) was such a stupid move. What ever you say about Kurt Angle it doesn't stop the fact that he is one fo the top guys if not the top in the ring. He can make anyone look good in matches, even Hogan! Now its gonna take a while to build up the storyline for him to get a shot at the title again. Vince should stop worrying about stupid storyline fans that only want Stone Cold, The Rock, or Hulk Hogan as the Undisputed Champion. He needs to give some like Chris Benoit or Kurt Angle who DESERVES the title to wear it around their waist for a couple of months. But no he has to create a storyline of an unbeatable monster who is still a rookie to win the title. When you talked about the DX thing i agree somewhat about what you have to say. I agree that DX would really bring up the ratings and wonder whats gonna happen on Raw. But most of i think he needs to stop this storyline bullshit. I'd rather see Angle, Benoit, Jericho, or someone like that who has REAL wrestling skills, not punch kick shit be the champion and i'd like to be able to have them straight out beat Hogan or Rock. The matches become to predictable just by the storyline. Good post.

i personally cant stand brock lesnar i mean he doesnt deserve to wear that damn title.
i mean even angle was able to realistically gain hold the title within his first year of wrestling.
he had some legitimate and amazing feuds in his first year. the three way with benoit and jericho at WM2000 was amazing. his feud with triple h and rock going into summerslam was also amazing. Angle was credible they built him up.

lesnar is bullshit his best legitimate feud was with the hardyz

my beef with brock is that its too soon. He just doesn't show the ring skills necessary to put on a good match. I don't like his matches. He needs more time. in a year, he'll be great, but this is way too soon

i do agree that brock needs more time but it's good to see guys with size that can actually wrestle in the spotlight. now all they need to do is get scott steiner in there and have him team up with brock and angle and no one will be able to stop them. <P>

brock's mike skills impressed me last night (considering his time in the fed) I just want to see a bigger variety of moves from him. The man was an amatuer champ so he can wrestle, but they make him fight like the Big Show. I wish that he was going up against kurt angle next week, so that the two could display some true matwork.

I have faith in brock, just let the boy wrestle!!!

Damn Right , But Brock is starting to dissappoint me I liked it much more when he just ran in and terroized everyone. Now they have him getting beat a little by all of his competitors. Im not going to turn my back on him i know when he gets great in a year or so i can say "Brock Lesnar fan since day one!". DarkHippie- Very Right . I would love to see Angle and Brock in a actual WRESTLING match that would be soo good. Hogan and Brock won't cut it Brock is too fast for Hogan and his moves Hogan won't be able to take.
