... since everyone lives so far away from one another ...
We should build a big house ( or several small cottages ), and have a RonFez. Net compound.

Like The Real World ( only with 7000 people , and no cameras )

.. or maybe it will go all "Jonestown " ... That would be bad.

I have to think this through a little more. This must be a GOOD thing..

Who gets to be the leader? Which city/state is the most central? Who gets the big room with the adjacent bath? Do we need a Heliport?

Texas is not central, but there's tons of land down here, we could live on a ranch! OK, OK I know no one really wants to do that.

I'd live there, if like Sheepie said, we had our very own private space...and I need my own little cottage :)

I think there should be every kind of sports field (football, basketball, soccer, etc) and there will be a bunch of pools and hot tubs everywhere. And who on the board can cook. We'll need some good restaraunts too. I can volunteer to help design/decorate. I love doing stuff like that! :)

Okay, I have already built a Balsa Wood model of what this will look like.
I am certain we will have to go with MANY separate cottages.

Great Ideas, so far:

I think its an almost good idea. But instead of mandatory, it should be used for people when they are banished, Thunderdome style. Two people enter 1 person leaves.

If everyone who wants in prefers a private cottage with views of the mountains and the lake, I am going to need more Carpenters Glue and Balsa wood for the Compound Model..

( The model itself is already about...oh..5600 square feet, and I haven't even added the Olympic Size Pool, Pantera's Smoke Room, The Bandshell - with adjacent recording studio, The Dinosaur Paddock, Gvac's " Wife audition " space, or the Basketball Court yet.

I thought that genetics labs are always underground- with an attached missle silo in case of intrusion by 007-types...
