OMG i feel like i am the only one in the world that is tryin to diet rite now. Anywhere i go i see people eatin delicious food..i want sum! Ahhh im goin crazy. It is so hard. Last nite i just couldnt stand it n e more so i pigged out...now i totally regret it. I had fried chicken...the worse food that i could have picked...and now im depressed cuz of it. ..... is anyone out there on a diet too????

dieting is the terrible. but not being happy with yourself is even worse. Since it is summer, and I hate seeing all these good looking people on the beach, I try and watch my diet.
Unfortunately a whole weeks worth of conscious dieting is usually thrown out the window on a Saturday drinking binge and a late night pizza & wings - thank you very much Mr. All Night Delivery Guy.

i just try to watch my carbs, which is impossible because carbs are in everything.
late at night is the worst though. i smoke and then i end up eating crap before bed which is the worst. i'm good all day and then my friends want to get pizza and i'm like c'mon assface.

Ditto Fatty, the smoking does not help-I get the munchies like NO other, I am the queen of snack foods.
I'm not on a diet, but I'm thinking of cutting out soda. I REALLY don't want to but I should. I just try to eat what I want in moderation. Once you get to the weight you want, that is that way to go.

No diet. Moderation. Crap food is OUT though. Avoid fried foods. No sugar beverages. Fresh fish. Oh, and lots of BEER!

I have been dieting for almost a month now. Living off of turkey on wheat, Special K, and those horrible weight watchers "Smart Ones" meals. I've been too damn fat for too damn long now!!!

i am on a diet... have been since about the beginning of march. it's not so much a lose weight diet as a get healthy diet. it's been going pretty well, and i feel better. although i can compltely sympathize.. it's really rough watching people eat such good food and i'm like "yeah... i can't have that. give me the salad".

I'm trying to watch what I eat. Salad for lunch, sushi for dinner, a lot more water, a lot less soda. I tried to cut out the beer altogether but I wound up compromising with lite beer. Less junk food, less late night snacks. I don't know if it's doing any good since I haven't been on a scale in a while.

i think i found a diet that works, for me anyway. a stacker 2 in the morning as a pick me up (i cant drink coffee) along with a slim fast bar. a slim fast bar for lunch. something light for dinner (if i eat dinner at all) and i walk for 2 hours a day, 150 crunches and 50 push ups. oh and the walk is with ankle weights. its working folks!

Im ashamed to admit it but I am on a diet. In the morning I have my cup of iced coffie along with a buttered bagle or roll with jelly, and that will be it until about 2:30 when I eat lunch. Lunch consitis of anything really on whole wheat bread toasted. Then Hardly ever do i eat dinner. This diet is only done on weekdays

i lost 40 lbs. on body for life. its a little stressfull but you get a "free day" once a week and can eat as much as you want!!

Right now Ive been trying my hardest to eat correctly. I cut out alot of snack foods and shit. Which is why my fridge is almost dead empty. Ive been eating alot of salads and grilled chicken. The Forman grill was a wise investment. Ive cut out alot of soda drinking. The only thing I think I need to do is cut out the beer......

all i drink is water...i have special k for breakfast...its fat free...and then no lunch...but if im hungry i hav a fruit...then dinner...well i can eat dinner but not n e thing non healthy...like a piece of plain chicken thats bout it....

I just found this thread while struggling through an unsavory Weight Watchers meal. I am CONSTANTLY dieting. I'll lose weight, stay thin for a while, gain it back and do it all over again. The most rapid diet I've found is eating the microwaveable diet meals. Weight Watchers, Smart Ones, Healty Choice. They taste like old bologna and cat piss, but they do the trick. About 5 years ago, I lost 35 lbs. in 2 months while on them. I consume no more than 800 calories and 15 grams of unsaturated fat per day and the weight literally falls off. It's extremely unhealthy but I love it. Also, I have to cut out the beer for a while, which is absolute torture, but that's the price you pay.
