I am doing ok. My chin is black and blue but its not too bad. I didnt open my mouth much yesterday but thats not a bad thing, well, for me anyway. Although I am getting a bit tired of the Jay Leno chin comments. My legs feel much worse. I should have stretched beforehand. I feel old. Is anyone else still limping today?

my legs still are sore (surprising because i walk for about 2 hours a day each day)
I'm still throwing up (must have a stomach virus or something, because i haven't been well since thursday)
